This A3048 left AirPod is from the Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Generation with MagSafe Charging Case (USB-C), introduced in 2023.

This is NOT the same model as the earlier AirPods Pro 2nd Generation Lightning version using A2699/A2698 earbuds.

Please check the model number of your existing AirPod and charging case before ordering. AirPods from different generations or incompatible versions may display an AirPods Mismatch warning and may not pair correctly.

APPLE REPLACEMENT AIRPOD SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

Apple's replacement AirPod procedure for AirPods Pro 2 is:

1. Place both AirPods in the compatible charging case.

2. Connect the charging case to power.

3. Close the lid and wait 20 minutes.

4. Open the lid.

5. If the status light is already flashing white, proceed with pairing.

6. If it is not flashing white, leave the lid open and press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for approximately 15 seconds until the status light flashes amber and then white.

7. When the light is flashing white, close the lid.

8. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth.

9. If your existing AirPods are shown, tap the information button next to them and select Forget This Device, then confirm.

10. Return to the Home Screen.

11. Open the charging case lid near your iPhone or iPad.

12. When the setup animation appears, tap Connect and then Done.

If pairing does not complete successfully, confirm that both earbuds and the charging case are the correct compatible models.
